What areas do you serve?
We're based in Huntsville, AL, and prefer clients across the Southeastern United States — including Huntsville, Madison, and Decatur — but all work is done remotely, so we take on clients anywhere in the US.
How long does a website build take?
It depends on the size. A Starter site typically launches in about 2 weeks, a Professional site in 3 to 4 weeks, and a Premium site with online booking in 4 to 6 weeks.
Do I own my website, domain, and Google Business Profile?
Yes, always. Your site, domain, and accounts belong to you, not to us — that's a standing term of every engagement (see our Terms & Conditions).
What's included in a monthly Care Plan?
Every Care Plan covers hosting, SSL, domain management, security updates, backups, and uptime monitoring. There are four tiers — Foundation, Managed, Active, and Competitive — each adding more active Google Business Profile management and local SEO than the last. Ask us for current rates.
Is social media management included in a website package?
No — social media is scoped and priced in its own written proposal after a free consultation, separate from the website build and Care Plan.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the size — a Starter site costs less than a Premium site with online booking — plus a monthly Care Plan on top. See what's included at each size on Websites or Pricing, and we'll give you an exact number after a free consultation.
What's your payment structure?
A 50% deposit gets started, with the balance due at launch. Care Plans bill monthly, month-to-month from day one.
Can I cancel my Care Plan?
Yes. Care Plans are month-to-month from day one and can be canceled with 30 days written notice per the terms in your signed proposal.
What support do you offer?
Phone, email, and text are all open to every Care Plan client. Response times and anything beyond that are discussed directly and outlined in your signed proposal.
