How a build works
It starts with a paid discovery sprint
Nobody can quote custom software off a phone call, and anyone who tries is guessing. We charge for
discovery, credit it against the build, and you walk away owning the output either way.
1
Discovery sprint
We sit with you and whoever actually does the work, map the process, and write it up: what the software needs to do, what it explicitly won't do, how it gets deployed, and a fixed build price. You own that document. If you take it to another developer, that's your right — it's yours.
2
Fixed-price build
The number from discovery is the number. Half up front, half at delivery. If we misjudged the effort, that's ours to absorb, not yours to fund.
3
Install & train
We install on your machines, train your people, and leave documentation written for the person who'll be doing the job, not for a developer.
4
Support, if you want it
Monthly support covers fixes, small changes, and updates. Optional — the software is yours and it keeps running whether you keep us on or not.
Every build is quoted individually after discovery — ask us for current rates. You own the
software and the source code outright either way. No per-seat licensing, no annual renewal
to keep it running, no hostage situation.
